Kolleen Hedges I have been doing Keto now since January 2nd! I did the 60 jump start program and have now continued with the the Keto4life! I have successfully lost 40lbs and I am feeling great. My name is Jen Beall and I am 34 years old and I have an autoimmune disorder (sjogren's syndrome). I've been on Keto for about a year now and it has changed my life tremendously especially having a disorder. I don't feel sick anymore and have way more energy than before. So far I have lost 50 lbs being on Keto and working out 4-5 days a week. It really has changed my life!



JUAN

The first 5 days of the journey I wanted to quit because I was hungry but what kept me going was the affirmation that Drew sent "I can do hard things" and then it all started to make sense. Now I can't have a good day with out all my morning routine, with meditation, positive affirmations, gratitudes, cold showers.
